Dr Hans van den Hooff is a psychoanalyst (C.G. Jung) and Leadership Coach in private practice in Amsterdam and Hilversum working with people from different backgrounds: young entrepreneurs and artists, corporate leaders, people from the health care sector, from the academic world and others. He works with relatively many expatriates. Before he worked as a psychotherapist and a Jungian Analyst in London.
Hans van den Hooff has been writing and lecturing internationally in the fields of Executive Coaching and Interpersonal Organizational Dynamics. He is a Senior Analyst with the Independent Group of Analytical Psychologists (IGAP), member of Nederlands Genootschap voor Jungiaanse Psychoanalyse (NGJP) , member of the International Association of Analytical Psychology (IAAP), a member of the International Society for the Psychoanalytical Study of Organizations (ISPSO) and a member of the International Neuro-psychoanalysis Society (NPSA). His publications include articles on Analytical Psychology, unconscious processes in organizations and leadership.
Earlier he has been consultant and partner with the management consulting firms PA Consulting Group and Arthur D. Little and worked as a physicist for Shell in Europe and the US. He holds a PhD in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Amsterdam and qualified as a psychotherapist and Jungian Analyst in London.
